How are your relationships?



There was a study done that indicated almost 3 out of 4 small businesses (71%) say that their relationship manager is their single most important point of contact with their bank. Referring to the importance of the human touch.

Are your relationship managers on autopilot? In the past, human touch was used for loan applications or new product sales. Now days, these businesses are looking for guidance, help in solving business problems, and advice. They are in need of that human touch from their relationship managers. When they have these concerns and needs, do they think of you? They are looking for expert banking advice, which should come from you.

Now is the time to reach out to your small business customers and see how you can help. Continue to build the relationship between you and your customer and when they have additional needs you will be top of mind to them. Make them feel special; like they are your only customer, they will remember that long term.
